Held while the centre is closed, these sessions offer a quiet, sensory-friendly atmosphere with no music and extended sitting times, allowing families to enjoy a relaxed visit with Santa.
These dedicated sessions are ideal for visitors of all ages who may benefit from a gentler environment, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to experience the magic of Christmas.

Entrance is strictly via Entry 7, near TK Maxx. A staff member will meet you at the designated entrance and direct you to the Santa photography set. Click here to view the centre map.

Santa Booking Information
- Book early to secure your preferred day and time.
- Online bookings are essential to ensure everyone enjoys a smooth and magical Santa visit.
- Arrive on time to avoid missing your session and help reduce crowds and wait times.
- Have your booking confirmation ready—either on your phone or as a printed copy.
- Photos will be available approximately 10 minutes after your session.
- Christmas gifts available while stocks last.
- Please ensure you bring wipes and poop bags for any mess that might need to be cleaned, especially during pet photography sessions.
- Children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times.
- Families are asked not to move around other parts of the centre during Sensitive Santa sessions, as alarms may be active.
- Every endeavour will be made to adhere to your booking time. If another photography session is still finishing, we appreciate your patience.
