Customer SERVICES


  • A lost and found register is maintained by the Centre Management Office. If you have lost an item at Ocean Keys or should you find an item whilst visiting Ocean Keys, please report it to the Centre Management Office.


  • Parking is never a hassle at Ocean Keys shopping centre.

  • Ocean Keys features the majority of banking institutions including BankWest, Commonwealth Bank, Bank of Queensland, National Australia Bank, Westpac and Police and Nurses Credit Society. There are also a number of ATMS available throughout the centre including NAB, ANZ, Commonwealth Bank, Bank of Queensland, Suncorp, Westpac and Rediteller.
